  2. Hi Cader, You Sound like myself lol. I can only say what ive learnt myself really: 1) plan for cravings 2) chew gum & eat a bit of crap whilst its early on. 3) Do anything to keep your mind busy even if you dont want to(ive made a list). 4) Walk around in the house/outside for 5 minutes or whatever till you forget the craving or it goes because they do. Anyway Good luck Rhino x

Do you mean drink pineapple when I get a craving or feel crap or just generally.. great advice btw. Im going to explore the site over the next few days and sort of keep browsing here as a bit of a leaning post to be honest. Yes I know your right take 1 day at a time, I'm just sort of setting small goals/targets at the min just as a bit of motivation. I will start my pledge tomorrow I think on a fresh day (Day4). Again thanks for your support and words of wisdom. Rhino
  6. Hi Everyone - New here(Fri 26th joined) DAY 3 TODAY.. well, over half way through now! Just needed some support so joined not long ago. Determined to keep on the quit train now. Sick of falling back into the smoking vicious cycle all the time. Trying to sleep more, eat more and do more generally. 'IF YOUR SICK OF STARTING OVER,' . . STOP QIUTTING Rhino

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
