  1. I have been trying to quit all summer. It took a little while to realize that I needed to change my life more than just quitting. I was a 2 pack a day smoker at that point. I began volunteering and tried to pick up new hobbies such as sketching and clay modeling. I got down to a pack a day. However I just cant seem to get any lower than this. I need help to do this and I am having a hard time finding it. So this site is my next step. Any advice on what to do would be a greatly appreciated.

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
