  2. Feel strong! I have a bracelet on that represents my quit. I touch it when I have a craving and it helps.

  7. Hey gang. I am starting from square one again. I relapsed but now quitting for good. I am using the CDC online resources called Quit For Life. It has some new tools like 24/7 chat. I am finding it very helpful. So I am two days into my quit. Help me make it the last quit for good. Thanks

  9. It is so hard. I am close to buying a pack. I have MS and my doctor told me smoking is especially bad for me. But I still want to smoke.
  10. Relapsed again but quit 6 days ago. Today was the hardest yet. I maintained the NOPE!!! Wish me luck.

  14. Thanks for all the support!! One thing I am doing different is when I have a crave I go outside, breath in the fresh air, enjoy the moment. Taking these breaks really helps. I used to go outside to smoke so I am replacing it with a good habit. Plus I am using the lozenges.
  15. Quitting again. 1st day down. I feel good about this quit but I really want a cig. Ugh!
  16. Still staying strong. The NRT is really working. I don't think about smoking all the time. Just a little now and then.
  17. I am on lozenges. So far so good. It certainly is taking the edge off. I have a good feeling about the future.

    Thanks for the support! I smoked today. I guess I'm not ready to quit yet but I will keep everyone posted.

    Ahhhh. I want to buy pack so bad. This is the worst it has been, quitting that is. I am chewing regular gum and that is helping.
