Gee, I thought it was dog. We often walk our dogs over to the pharmacy around the corner. We walk past a Chinese restaurant and they always size the dogs up as we walk past the window. Needless to say, it is not where we get our chinese!

ML, you are a little behind me in the quit. I have actually been craving so much more lately. Could it be the season, heaven knows all the crazies are out this time of year. That requires patience. I have a wedding celebration this weekend and all of a sudden my outfit is tight around the waist. In the process of shopping for something to hold the gut in, I almost pulled into where I used to buy my smokes. I can blame all these inconveniences on quitting smoking but at the end of the day, it is the goal that needs to be stuck to. I have admired you through your journey. You have perfectly described so many of those emotions we experience while quitting. You and I can do this. Stay focused and strong. We can only be winners in the end.

Jo, just so you know, i knew you were special right from the beginning. You are an amazing lady. Look at you - individually thanking everyone. You are kind, caring and inspirational. You really know the facts and are always giving me a history lesson. I would not be where I am today without you dear lady. I keep hoping my lido deck party will actually be a cruise to Australia!
