Wow Christian99. 17 years seems like a lifetime. What an inspiration for us new quitters. I am sure that we all wonder whether we will surpass the damage that we have done to ourselves with our addiction. The power we gain is not just physical. I am finding I feel better control in my life also.

I also have loved reading your posts. I think they should be required reading for all quitters as they are the perfect example of how you retrain your brain. I didn't see you had the episode for me. That looks gross. I can't believe you watch it. Yuck. I couldn't believe that show was in it's second season. Heck, I can't believe all the people that watch these reality shows. I missed the masked singer, we were out tonight. Is it worth watching? We did want to see it.

Well I will have to try watching it sometimes. I like happy endings and Dr. shows. Something about that title never drew me in when I scrolled over it.
