Being honest and facing the difficulties is important. Just remember to try and post an SOS before you smoke. We will do our best to talk you through it. I promise that once you get the nicotine out of your system, you can change your way of thinking. You will be forever grateful to be rid of this addiction.

Beautiful Catlover. I can't do the hiking with my husband right now, because he needs knee replacement. We are counting down the months (May) when he can retire and get it fixed.

We love leg of lamb. I usually make it for Easter. It is expensive here.

How we doing P & P (my diet buddy). I cut out all those jellybeans and sweets and stuck to the celery and peanut butter. Moved outside a little more because the weather finally started to act like spring. Did lose 2 lbs. Can't see where I lost it. Maybe in my big toe. I want to see results!!!!!!
