  2. You got this now Kate. Now keep looking ahead and never look back. Life is wonderful without smoking!
  3. Sounds good Boo. Next time we are stopping at Boo's diner on our way through Tennessee. Boo we have plenty of pallets for you to start with. We have been trying to get a bathroom vanity delivered for our bathroom renovations. All three came delivered on pallets but were smashed when we opened them. We just ordered our 4th one.

Darcy, I love reading your blog also. It is so thrilling watching someone find themselves during their quit. You are getting stronger every day!
  8. Hey AndrewAsh congratulations on two months. You definitely have this quit handled. I would say your sinus problem could be the pollen. I am in Ohio and the trees are all popping. Keep that quit going and stay healthy.

  13. Nope! Thanks @Irene for starting the post. I do my nope before bed for the next day. When I could not find it I was thinking I was going crazy.

  19. @BAT and @jillar I am a homebody too but I am not going to survive this pandemic. My husband never shuts up. He talks at me all day long. I love him dearly but his retirement has been a real adjustment since being quarantined.
  20. Happy Birthday Bakon.
  21. Great Katel8. That is the hardest month. The rest is easy. Stay focused on the prize - a life free of smoking.
  22. Nope
  23. Oh Jo, it does not matter how you quit. I did not need NRT but I needed, you Jo! You helped drag my ass over that line. I am forever grateful for the love and support I received. Thanks for being there Jo!
  24. Me too Doreen. I thought those days were becoming a thing of the past. Since my husband has retired and I quit smoking, I am noticing a little flutter of the heart when my husband comes down from his shower in the morning. For some reason, the smell of his deodorant hits my nose and it reminds me of those younger days when we would cuddle and he smelled so good.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
