What a great way to look at it. My family is full of a lot of drama. I think you have given me a vital clue as how to handle. Get out the popcorn, sit back and laugh!?

My life, you can get through this. Smoking is a crutch we all have used to numb our emotions. I too have a lot of crap in my life. Sometimes a simple phone call from family could trigger a chain smoking event. In the end, smoking does nothing to change the event. Hang in there sweetie. Sending you healing, loving vibes.

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! Couldn't have done it without you all. As far as rewarding myself, there is nothing I want more than to be rid of the freakin habit. I know I have a ways to go and can still say it is not easy. I know now I have to train my brain pattern.

You have a granddaughter too! You must be in grandma heaven! I also have a granddaughter who is in her third year of college. Would love to have more. I have a single son (38) who had a broken heart and does not seem interested. He would make a wonderful husband and father (like his daddy).

He is a handsome lad. What is his sport that he is so proud of? I love the Liverpool look. Grandchildren are such a blessing.

You got that right!

Going to watch my grandson march in the band at High School Football game. It will be his last year as he will graduate.?

I am so sorry for your loss. We have lost four in our lifetime and I miss every magic moment they left with us. They truly leave footprints on your heart that never go away. I believe they are all in a special place, happy and playing together.

Since you are talking about camping, I only go Class A. My father dragged us around the U.S. and I swear I saw every pit toilet there was. I had a fear of falling in one. Now we have an RV with our very own shower and toilet. I am now a happy camper!

Day 30 and it is still a Nope for me!

Boy is that ever me. Great article.

Another Nope for me.

This wisteria was given to me by a student on my bus, as a gift of thanks. I have had it for 15 years now and look forward to it blooming every year. My husband has had to build two different trellises for it because the vine has become so big. Just thought I would share - bopping around the site trying to keep my mind off that crave!

Another Nope from me.

Woo Hoo! Three days is great. I found deep breaths helped so much. That deep breath starts to feel so good without all the crap going in. You got this going - keep going!

Given the chance, mine will too. The two goldens are only 8 mos. old. It has been a great accomplishment to be able to walk them and not have them walk me.

Parsley, I am a newbie too. Don't just watch the videos but read the posts and blogs. Everyone here has felt like you. Though this is a difficult journey, I feel a comfort and peace here. I know this group will be here for my ups and down and even if I fail, they will pick me up again and lead me on. I will be there rooting for you too!

Nope for another day!

Was missing in action this weekend and no internet to nope with. Camping in Amish Country. Happy to say the only smoke I experienced was that around the campfire! I even survived the nerves of steel as my husband drove the RV. He just does not understand that I am the most experienced driver!? Sharing some pictures of a happy, healthier me and of course my babies!
