  17. Keep trying and it will eventually stick but I believe you are much closer than you realize. You want this and you will find that you are stronger than the addiction. Keep busy and positive. Best wishes.
  18. It is an addiction and admitting that weakness in one`s self will give you the willpower to keep trying to quit. You want this and you have to fight for it. We all do and have done it. I think you can but you have to believe in yourself. Best wishes 11better11.

  23. Welcome 11better11. You can find support and knowledge here from folks that been through the quitting smoking from all different angles and methods. Stay close to the site and read the wealth of information here. We all share at least the desire to rid ourselves of the addiction. If you have reached that point, you have landed in a good spot. Stay close and keep your focus on what is important. You can do this just like so many others here have. Just want it and set your sights on a smoke free future.
