  7. Your not gonna like this,,, but I gained 25 lbs after quitting... and for my diet I gave up Potatoes, bread, pasta. You look in great shape according to your pic, So I bet you will do well when you decide to lose the nonsmoking weight. My advice to you.... walk every day, maybe ride a bike, or what ever else you like to do that will start burning more calories. If you do something like this you may not even have to diet.

  21. OK,, this may not be the healthiest thing... but it could be a lot worse... It is good and I can eat it... It is a quick and easy snack... and not real expensive either. Queso de Freir.. It is a frying cheese, you dont even have to bread it just. just cut it to the size you like, put a little good oil in a pan and fry each side until brown... really good!! I am going to bread, and deep fry some for the appetizer plates on Easter Sunday.. I am not sure what else will be on that plate but I guess I will figure it out soon.

  23. BTW... I found the pic of the turkey all done.... I am sure you are all relieved.. lol Tonight I am going to have chicken breast stuffed with the vegetable stuffing from the turkey. and am going to make an apple bacon gravy for it. maybe a baked potato and broccoli for a veggie. Thats what I am thinking right now... we will see what I end up with...
