Hhhmmm! ?? Sounds like you know what ( and even how ) to do it... your just lacking a little bit in the follow through! It took me 5 months to get my follow through after quitting smoking. Now it seems so funny because I look back on it just like I look back at the smoking and I say " Why did I wait so long? " People ask me how or what I did and when I explain to them, they seem to have all these excuses why they can't do it too. Or how they tried that and it did not work. Well the truth is that it did not work because they did not stick to it!!! So for both of you Here is that @#$%^ KICK IN THE BUTT!!! Give up the excuses.... And get on with that follow through!!! You both know you can!! -

any meal with broccoli is a winner in my world!! Looks good anna! Ok... today my weight trainer said I need to eat more and do less cardio, because I am basically burning away the muscle we are building. So I sort of get it, but I translated it into... The more I eat... the more I can spin.. This mornings after work out breakfast.... ... 3 eggs over easy... 2 pieces of thick l ham.. 2 plantain mash pancakes with sour cream... and a roll..... soy, corn and gluten free. I am still stuffed.. lol

OK.. so I decided to take the easy route and just have rice with it.. but I stuffed the flounder with crabmeat and shrimp... just some lemon and parsley. I also sauteed up some fresh broccoli and muchrooms (lightly seasoned) and some home made cole slaw(not shown).

Tonight is going to be founder stuffed with crab meat(Maybe a couple shrimp), coleslaw, veggie will be broccoli, and either rice or mashed vegetable pancakes. Thats what I am thinking right now anyway, I will take a pic of what I end up with.

Hahahahah!!! who do you suppose got to measure that???? And yes Nancy, I too can fluctuate up to 5 pounds depending on when I weigh myself. For the most part I always way my self around 11:00am. I am always around 182 pounds, if I weigh in at closer to 185 then I will do a little more cardio the next day.... If I weigh in under 180 then I eat more that day. I fluctuate back and forth like a pendulum but it is currentlly working for me this way. One good thing about being gluten, soy and corn free is that most of the chocholates and other treats that are being spread around this time of year I am unable to eat. I have not eaten a peanut in 3 or more years now, because at one point I thought they were what I was alergic to. I never really ate a lot of sweets before, but I have been thinking an awful lot about a Reeses Peanut Butter Cup!!

hour of weights and machines, then a 45 minute spin class.. the rest of the time was working my jaw talking to everyone... lol -

Yep... I had it pretty similar too.... Where I grew up we had woodlands and fields that would ride our dirt bikes on in the nice weather, snow mobiles in the winters and we could go for miles from one end of the county to the other. This same area is very much the same today, but these same properties are all now " No Trespassing " and " Private Property ". Kids today do not have the same allowances as we had, and it is not always their fault... Every is worried of being sued.

Well here is how it ended up... got to hectic to take pics..lol Started with a 6 onion cream soup served with a spoon of sour cream and garnished with green onions Appetizer course..., deep fried marinated mushrooms, stuffed clams, fried cheese sticks, and oysters Rockefeller. sauces were tarter, cocktail, or a lemon basil. salad was marinated hearts of palm over sliced tomatoes and cucumbers on a bed of Romaine Dinner... Center cut pork chops with a cranberry apple vegetable stuffing,,, glazed honey carrots sauteed with orange liquour... steamed asparagus with butter and light seasonings. and mashed cauliflower & plantains with horseradish and sour cream. This is what the mashed plantains and cauliflower looked like... the birthday cake was surprisingly pretty good for my second attempt.. The chocolate part was made with black beans and honey... the vanilla was made with chick peas and xyletol.... the icing was a goat cheese vanilla, and in between the two layers was a strawberry filling. all fresh ingredients... 8" round, cut into 12 pieces. each peice is less than 100 calories..

Ok.. it is 11:00 am here.. I am making a birthday cake for my niece in addition to making Easter Dinner... this is two layers one chocolate and one vanilla with lemon... there is no salt and no sugar in the recipe... this is what I got so far.... So far I have the oysers shucked and I have just finished making bread crumbs, cracker crumbs, croutons and cranberry & appple filler for the vegetable stuffing. trying to find an icing recipe right now.... lol I am going to run out of time...

fresh flounder, oysters, spinach, Hhhmm??? I have some shrimp in the freezer.... Not sure what to make to be honest?? It is gonna be a wing it kind of night!!!
