  1. Did you relapse? Your counter is off. Quitting is about time. The more time, the easier it becomes. You done completed your daily milestones and now you're working on weeks. Keep looking forward to the next one (2nd week in your case) for a sense of accomplishment. It's a very good feeling when the milestones are achieved. Get to your monthly milestones and it becomes much better. The milestones really start to pay off...………...You can do this, we have.
  2. Thanks everyone. It's hard now to image that I ever smoked..........Why? LOL! If you're a new quitter just remember all of us were once you........You CAN do it.
  3. Bless your heart Jillar…………………...It feels like visiting old friends when I see you, Wana, and the others who were a big part of my quit.
  4. Hi Wana!...………...I don't get on here much anymore but I'm glad to see another QSMB member make it over. Congrats on your (at time of post) 3 year quite. I'm hitting mine here in a few days...…….Who would have thought...……..lol.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
