Had a great time, it started out about 105 and kept getting hotter, Monday got the youngers together with airsoft rifles and let them go at it. Still feeling the results of the heat ended up Thursday 119, it was 100 at 530am

Kris the NRTs all made me sick to my stomach, I ended up using Sugar free Hard candies such as the weatherman butterscotch and the RI cola lemon trough lozenges.. My weight has been up and down since I started quitting years ago. I really wasn't heart broken when the NRTs didn't work for me, I wanted to be free not simply chained with a less smelly chain.

I love the Mornings out at the refuge, the best words I could choose for the mornings is glorious, Hundreds of Dove , Quail Rabbit and all kinds of wild life, the only other place I would rather be is the Ranch and that is waking up to Tom turkeys flying down from their roost and call their Galls. Deer Pigs, Elk, The Guys are here need to get to work, OK found out we are working 8 and getting paid for 10 hours, great.,
