Coping with "The End of the Beginning"

Thanks for the bump. I'm coming up to 5 completed months and this is definitely something that will help me in my current state. -
NOPE starts my day.

A late NOPE but still a NOPE. Will make up for it tomorrow with an extra early NOPE.

Nope. Filling my lungs with goodness instead of chemicals.

Excellent post. Sums up why I am back here myself. I've been away from here for a good while but have been having urgings. Reading posts like this is the help I need at this moment in time. It is a battle with the brain. -
Back here for inspiration so it's a hearty nope from me.

An extra early morning NOPE to get me through the day.

As the title says this is the current happening in my quit. 3 months and 10 days down the line and out of nowhere I'm getting what I would say are amazingly strong urges. I feel in control. I feel able to fight it. So many reasons to stay quit. I'm just surprised at the strength of the urges after all this time. Did anyone else get this at the 3 month mark? The urge just to start up all over again? Do the urges go away after any length of time?
