  6. I had a wee ache, a wee niggle in my upper left back. Ive had it for a few days. Did a move in the yoga last night and we had to kinda roll back from a seated position on the ground to one where our feet were on the ground behind us lol but when I did it I felt and heard a crunch crunch crunch in my back. I was like oh noo. What was That! But low and behold my wee niggle has gone this morning! Result! Wee cheeky cx works after work for me

  18. Hello Rhino. Great work posting ? I've got a feeling you are going to do well. I used NRT early in my quit. Omg it helped so much. Patches and lozenges. Some might think that would be a bit of a backwards step, using nrt if you aren't already. My brain thinks like though, do whatever you goto do to not smoke! You are uk, right? I also got the weekly support from the pharmacy. That can he helpful checking in with someone, in person, weekly. If it's any consolation I'm back in bed also, Sundays should be chilled days ?
