My family is really small though ha! Only me, hubby, bro, sis in law and my wee granny! I used to alternate it with my granny but she's got dementia and basically forgot how to cook. I miss her cooking. Right lassies stop distracting me I've got a hoos to clean lol

Casserole in oven. Will give it 2.5 hours. Then let it cool and top with puff pastry. It'll be more a casserole topped with pastry than a proper steak pie. Hopefully still good though and hey easy to prepare and serve so fingers crossed. My bunch are easily pleased so I'm sure they'll love it. Cleaning time but I think I'll be taking lots of breaks lol

That sounds like a great idea, buying some books. Do you have charity shops where you are? Here in Glasgow there's lots and lots of charity shops filled with really cheap books. And I think you will find it will get easier for you and you will get less cravings. Wow that's great you are fine in the morning and afternoon! Count yourself lucky there as I'm sure there are some people who crave all throughout the day! Welldone you, completing your first week.

I was just thinking people are obviously grouchy, homicidal, weary, crazy, ornery whether quitting or not. Do you think the quit exaberates who we just are as people? Or are these new emotions to you guys? I was never OTT emotional in my quit and I wasnt an OTT emotional person before my quit either. I'm a positive and confident person. And I felt more positive and more confident during my quit and thereafter. I do now though, have a very short temper in my car and can be seen giving the Vicky out the window most days haha I think before I was too busy smoking to notices all the assholes on the road!
