I read it years ago and quit but failed quickly in that quit. But still to this day retain some of the logic from the book. It is invaluable. I say read the book for sure. It will only help you. It wasn't a magic book for me but it did teach me a hell of a lot which is what quitting for good is all about.

My mum and step dad moved abroad when I was hmmm say 26/27 something like that. Our close knit family went a bit (big bit) tits up. Took a few years mind. But now totally fractured. I dont want to throw a spanner in the works! But it will totally change your family dynamic! You might be far more central to your family than you realise. Like a thread that holds everyone together. I'm not trying to put you off at all! Just a wee fore warning of what can happen. I'm such other can vouch for it a great idea and works out fantastic . Alas, most of the ships were gone today @Joe7 but my pal got a snap of this one remaining. I think the little boat you can see is a tug boat. Always amazes me these wee tug boats pull along the big ships! I'm kicking myself not getting a pic yesterday, it was a mesmerising sight!

I'm a fast eater so keep the cutlery in my hands. But I have this weird 'save the best bit till last' thingy that I've kept since childhood so I tend to eat my potatoes then veg then meat...no mixing!
