  5. Oh wow thats me just back, thank you very much everybody for the kind words. The holiday certainly brought up some smoking thoughts which i absolutely never anticipated one iota. But i just kept strong and was fine. But with summer holiday time approaching, and lots of us here may be going on our 'first' smoke free holiday - i just wanted to mention your holiday may bring on smoking thoughts!! So maybe have some plan of action. I was getting thought after thought after thought!!! But i just kept saying dont let a thought turn into a crave and that squashed it for me. Im hoping now im back i will settle back into my normal groove again!!! Thanks again everyone, 7 months is fabby.

  11. Hi christine, i am an anxiety sufferer but its just my normal. What you are describing does sound like anxiety. Which i believe is a symptom of quitting. So if you cant deal with it....seek help from a doctor. You talk about a bad energy. First thing id do is exercise to get some good positive energy happening? Dont sit and freak yourself out; do something. Is that possible? Exercise is the best thing ever. Or spend time with family or friends. Or chat with us. Ie keep busy and try be positive

That smoking in the plane shenanigans was the maddest thing ever, and i love a good drama but the 'smoker' was right up the back and i was right up the front so i was pure dying to see what was happening but was out the loop! Omg it was just so mad the pilot kept talking about it. Only on a glasgow flight eh lol

  14. Ive stuck to my plan, 40 lengths every day. But i dont think the pool is 50 metres and.....its a salt water pool!!! I canny get used to the saltwater in my mouth. But on the plus side im sure its better for my hair and skin!
  15. Yes me too. Id run out for a smoke and leave hubby to get the bags. Ive been thinking about fags more here on holiday, just normally id be sitting outside smoking and drinking or smoking and eating. But i just keep saying dont let the thought turn into a crave, bat away the thought! And it goes.

  18. Thanks folks. I only get it in the one foot its so fricking annoying. I do stretch it out and tense it. I didnt realise it was built up energy. Ill need to try one o these dances lol Guess what folks some IDIOT got caught SMOKING in the loo on my plane out. Big ho ha. Captain kept referencing the smoker over the tannoy! Police were waiting for them when we arrived in lanza!!!!! How bad is that!!!!!!!!! Silly person.
