  8. @engravosaurus, trust us when we say it WILL go away. You may need to change up your diet for a bit until your body repairs itself from all the chemicals we were ingesting by smoking though. I read the posts on that link and there were a lot of good tips on what worked for them. That's what you need to focus on and not the ones who just gave up and went back to smoking....
  9. 5. Cover food to microwave so it doesn't make a mess
  10. 3. Wrap paint brushes and put them in the freezer to use again the next day so they don't dry out. @notsmokinjo, scroll up to my last answer and you'll see what an egg in the hole is. Aka frog in a hole. Aka hole in the eye lol.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
