  4. Hi rasdaan your story reminds me of a member who struggled just as you are right now. She also had suicidal thoughts and had a relapse. With the help of her Dr and a psychiatrist she celebrated a year quit last November. You can too. But please don't harm yourself. Talk to your dr. tell him what you go through upon quitting and they may be able to adjust your meds, even if it's only temporary. I'm sorry about your dad, I'm sure he's very proud of you for deciding to take back your life. You can do it and we will help however we can from cyberland
  5. If you go to the other side and see that the grass is greener on the other side then you're actually already on the greener side. Why is Christmas merry when all the other holidays are happy?

  15. Stuff like that is scary bershire, hopefully its only a chest infection and can be cleared with antibiotics. If the coughing up blood continues I would try to get in sooner than the 3rd, the sooner you get it cleared up the better right? Well done on three months quit...

  22. Welcome Jordan and congratulations on taking back your life. I had never joined a forum before but found the support I received from other quitters instrumental in my success. I stayed glued to the site daily posting, supporting, celebrating socializing and playing games and found it really helped me keep my mind off my misery. We have a link to the quit train tickets that you can post into your signature for even more encouragement

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
