  1. Isn't eating the chocolate the goal?
  2. Hi wren, I echo the others, glad you found us! Read the no man's land link that Sazerac has in her post. It helps explain why you're feeling like you are. You're doing great too at almost three months quit
  3. Stuff like that is scary bershire, hopefully its only a chest infection and can be cleared with antibiotics. If the coughing up blood continues I would try to get in sooner than the 3rd, the sooner you get it cleared up the better right? Well done on three months quit...
  4. That's awesome Barry I know for me a year seemed so far away and then all of a sudden there it was
  5. Sorry for the tough time you're going through fab. I remember those days too well and they sucked. Just know you are not alone and each time you power through you get stronger and the craves get weaker. Until one day they become just passing thoughts. You're doing great so be super proud of yourself
  6. This is that and that's why you deserved this Why is one of our feet called a foot even when it's not 12 inches?
  7. And out came the chicken who laid it I put in bag of sand
  8. In most children's books the sun has a hat on. It's to keep them entertained Should I be feeding my computer mouse cheese?
  9. @Wee fluffy me hope you feel better soon fluffy @notsmokinjo I'm assuming you have your coffee now and are starting to feel better?
  10. Welcome Jordan and congratulations on taking back your life. I had never joined a forum before but found the support I received from other quitters instrumental in my success. I stayed glued to the site daily posting, supporting, celebrating socializing and playing games and found it really helped me keep my mind off my misery. We have a link to the quit train tickets that you can post into your signature for even more encouragement
  11. Shane's right jo, just a couple of hours and you can have your coffee. You got this! Good on you for posting and letting it out. I'm proud of you
  12. I didn't realize it was 4:30 in the morning jo, don't you people ever sleep?!
  13. When I have to fast I put the coffee on, get dressed and go get the blood drawn first thing in the morning then come back home and my coffee is hot and ready for me.
  14. You are just in the middle of hell week now opah. Then heck week and finally wtf week. That being said, you of all people know it's not just those weeks to worry about as far as keeping up your guard. You were what about 7 months quit when you relapsed? I'm reminding you of this because I'm seeing some of the same things that caused your relapse. So please stay on guard and I would suggest noping daily for the next year and taking the one year pledge....
  15. Sometimes I wish he was a neighbor lol. And according to him, he pays lol
  16. @notsmokinjo get some coffee woman!
  17. @Whispers guessed it. 2 is the lie. We have online traffic school here that you can do if you get a speeding ticket and it won't affect your insurance or points on your drivers license. You can only do it once every two years (I believe). So I did hubby for him because he doesn't use the computer.
  18. Weren't we talking about Shane?
  19. And out came my great grandpa's teeth I put in a teddy bear
  20. Ok 1. I took traffic school taught with humor twice for my hubby 2. I get paid to take online traffic school from neighbors 3. One of our neighbors nickname is baboon
  21. Because at the moment they're not?
  22. Am I the only one who wonders how Shane knows that?
  23. Depends on how much sleep jo gets doesn't it?

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
