    I is Batman

Does this mean I have to give back the cape?
  10. Welcome daisywheels and congratulations on taking back your life. I was sick of the constant colds I got turning into bronchitis. I would get three or four colds a year and at least one bout of bronchitis. This in turn led to my getting adult onset asthma. And your right, it's super scary gasping for breath. Since quitting I've had two minor colds and no bronchitis. Hopefully it will be the same for your ear infections.

18 hours smoke free is great blur Be careful about being around smokers in these early days. I stayed close to home for the first month or two and only ventured out when I had to or my non smoking hubby could go with me because I didn't trust myself not to buy a pack.
  12. I'm the lucky recipient of a couple saves thanks to the SOS. And niecie, I remember that day very well. I just wanted to jump through cyberspace to give you a hug and was so happy when you made it past it
  13. Welcome struggler I hope you're feeling a little better now. You've been given great advice from our awesome members so go easy on yourself. These feelings won't last forever and one day soon you will wake up in the best mood ever with not a thought of smoking so hang in there. Thirteen days is fantastic!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
