Ok. That means that you have disabled the view signatures. Go to your account settings (upper right), click on signature. Once there, there is a little box that says "view signatures". Click that and when it turns green you'll know it's enabled

I don't see your Linda in your signature anymore but I do see your ticker. Did you go to account settings, signature and make sure the "view signatures" is clicked on?

  13. Welcome aboard Hayley, congrats on deciding to take your life back. Any questions you have can probably be answered by our members here as far as quitting goes. Why don't you introduce yourself on the introductions board so everyone can say hi Oh and anything you want to know can be posted on the discussions board. It'll get more views over there. Lets make this quit your forever quit
  14. Freakin ADORABLE!!!!!
  15. Good on you for standing your ground and saying NOPE! Now, a little trick I did that worked great for me when I had a really big crave..... I just pretended I was holding an actual cigarette and then went through the motions of "smoking" it. I took deep drags, which is really just deep breathing, BUT it was enough to trick my brain into thinking it was getting it's way..... Some others have used cut straws or pens.
  16. Want to talk about it Tammy? No matter what you're going through it's still going to be there smoke or not Oh and I know you're keeping your awesome quit because you posted You CAN get past this!

Hi Lilly, I get the same thing if I just click on the heading in unread content so I clicked on the gray minutes (where it says how long ago it was posted) and it brought me to the last post in that topic.

  23. Silly, snakes don't creep, they slither..... Did shaved ice have hair on it before it was shaved?
  24. This is so you Linda, I hope you listen to it everyday like an affirmation
  25. Hard to chose for me too. I think one of the funniest moments when I was in my first year was the Humor thread that @Hope2Nope talked about not long ago. We somehow started talking about gas and I was telling everyone my hubbys theory of what makes a stinky fart. Awww, good times lol. Unfortunately that was one thread I was unable to bring over ? Another funny one by far is the ask a stupid question thread, some of those answers brought tears to my eyes!Great post jo

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
