  12. Welcome aboard @Dizzy, I hope you're feeling better by now. Quitting smoking can bring about some strange symptoms. I remember my tongue hurt lol. These are all temporary and will go away with time quit. You could try taking a multivitamin if you don't already and make sure to listen to your body. If it's craving sweets, give it sweets. Sleep, then go lay down. It's hard at work trying to clean up the damage done by smoking. It never hurts to have a check up with your Dr after quitting to ease your mind if nothing else plus you'll get lots of kudos from them for quitting.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
