  23. Our bodies get all out a whack for a while, especially our sugar levels so if you're feeling shaky maybe have something sweet. I was hooked on soft peppermint puffs my first year plus it helped with urges because no one smokes and sucks on candy at the same time, well at least most people. The confusion should go away soon enough too at your stage of the quit but again if it gets worse or you're worried about it then you may want to schedule a Dr appointment. At the very least it will set your mind at ease. I got all kinds of kudos from my Dr when I had told him I quit so it's also a great morale boost

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
