What you're going through is completely normal Funkyfunjo and part of the process but I promise you it will get better. I like Linda's idea about checking out our social forums. There are so many good, funny threads there. If you're not a 'stick of the day' type of person we also have jokes threads and confessions, which is hysterical if I do say so myself

Hey kdad, sorry you're having a tough time. Even though nine months seems like forever when we quit it's really just a drop in the bucket compared to all the years we smoked so these bad days here and there are to be expected. That's one of the reasons we say stick close your first year. Now, even once past your first year you should expect a few wtf days too. So that's why we also say never let your guard down. I had days like you're having too when I was that far along. I even thought about smoking a congratulatory cigarette when I made a year Good on you for posting, I hope you're feeling a little better by now and I promise you that this too shall pass so stay strong. You got this

Yea they do that at the bowling alley here. I found out the hard way when I still bowled and smoked. I never had time to smoke a whole one so I would run out, smoke about half and save it until I had another chance to sneak out. But every time I came out the other half was gone... Fun fact: the name of our bowling team was The Smoking Bowlers lol. And we won the league that year
