  13. Good to see you back jb, horrible craves happened because we smoked for much longer than we've been quit. But if you had of trusted yourself to get through it you would have seen that the crave wasn't as strong as it once was. I still pull out my air cigarette from time to time. Especially with the crappy 2019 I had. So stop delaying and trying to "figure" things out and quit already! You've did it before, you can do it again......
