  10. @Boo and @reciprocity, you men look "distinguished" with grey hair. When us women like me and @Rozuki decide to go grey it's considered "letting ourselves go" or my husband says "giving up". And he's right, I give up coloring my hair! I turned 56 a couple months ago and I think I've earned every grey hair I've got so I'm letting it flow and saving a lot of time and money I might add 😊
  11. I don't remember what was worse, the constant thoughts of cigarettes or the insomnia. But what I do remember was the day when I realized hours had gone by and I HADN'T thought about smoking. I also remember the first morning after quitting when I woke up in the best mood I'd been in in years. It was like the fog was finally starting to clear. I even sang in the shower lol. You'll get there too Jeff as long as you stick to your awesome quit. And if the depression gets too bad then please call your Dr. A lot of times they can prescribe something, if only temporary, to help you with that. You're doing great Jeff! 😊
