  15. Congratulations dullyboi on your first full month smoke free. Insomnia was one of the worst recovery symptoms there was for me but then one day I woke up after a full nights sleep and was in the best mood I had been in in a very long time. I even sang in the shower lol. I want that day for you too. It isn't far away now so hang in there, you're doing great

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
