  1. I'm having a hard time figuring out if you're a chronic relapser or trolling us. I don't see you taking in anything that we've told you to help you quit. And as a doctor I find it unbelievable that you would say just one won't kill you. Maybe just one won't kill you. Maybe just one will put you over the edge to be on oxygen the rest of your life. Or maybe just one will be that final one that causes you to lose circulation and have your toes or feet cut off......

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
