  7. Having lots of phlegm after quitting is normal for a lot of people who quit smoking as the tiny hairs that clean the lungs grow back and start working to right all the wrong we did. I would treat your symptoms like those of a common cold, which it could be too, and if symptoms get worse see your dr. Hope you feel better soon

  23. Michelle, you still are going to have cravings no matter what NRT you use. Especially the first three days after giving up smoking or vaping. Think of your mind as that two year old who isn't getting her way. She's throwing a tantrum and wants her toy. You as the adult aren't going to give in to this toddler wanting her way or else she's just going to keep throwing tantrums because she knows it works right?! Keep fighting them off because each time you do they get weaker and you get stronger
