It's normal to think you miss it madturtle, I did for the whole first year! But as the time adds up those feelings will be less and less. Especially when you remind yourself of all the benefits of NOT smoking I love those apps like the one you have, I watched mine grow everyday. We have tickers here that will show you the time, money saved and cigs not smoked since you quit just like your app does so if you'd like one for your signature there's a tab at the top of the main page for that
  12. You've not heard of the vicious drop bears of Australia?

  15. So do you wear it or eat it?

  18. Shouldn't frozen nipples be fripples? Or do all your p's turn into b's?
  19. Shame on your wife! Just give her a big ole French kiss with that nicotine free mouth and you'll probably change her mind
  20. There will be, you just have to go through hell to get there.... Hang tight, it's only temporary
  21. I'm glad your dr scared you enough to stay quit up in smoke. I've lost two people I knew from oral cancer and it's an ugly, ugly way to die. One of them was in his 60's and the other was 47. Both had parts of their tongues, cheeks, teeth and gums cut out, and both still lost their fight.
  22. Is this new information?
  23. I'm looking forward to reading about the difference in your recovery Michelle. I have no doubt that you will see many positive ones as well as a speedier recovery
  24. Is that mandatory of the government of Stralia?
  25. Had another pity party yesterday Plans

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
