Today is my father's birthday. He would have been 83 but instead he died at 64 of esophageal cancer from smoking. His brother, my uncle, died two years earlier from smoking related throat cancer. So in honor of my dad, uncle, and all those who have passed too soon from this deadly addiction I give you my 24,070 cancer sticks!

That's why we stress our SOS system so much. One, it works. I know from my own experience, but you have to really want to save your quit. And two, so you won't have to go through the misery of the first days/weeks/months over and over again!
