  17. Or maybe you just give up too easy? Only you know the answer to that. I have health issues too Linda and quitting has helped so much, it'll help you too. Don't give up on yourself. You're not the first one who's had to have multiple attempts so just pick yourself up and dust yourself off. I know you want to quit because you're here everyday
  18. When you are truly ready @Linda you'll do everything you can to protect those hard fought days be it posting an SOS or using an air cigarette like I did, this I promise you....

  23. Welcome aboard our train full of quitters Chris and good on you for taking back your freedom The very first step to stopping is to quit putting a cigarette in your mouth and lighting it. It really is that simple. Most of us, if not all, at some point thought we really loved to smoke but as you go along with your quit you'll see all the great benefits in NOT having to go smoke and it really is life changing. You will love your new life, trust me. We have a great group here as well as a ton of good reading and a whole video section about our addiction so check out some of those too. You can do it Chris so believe in yourself

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
