  1. 6. I used them to hang my buds on the hangers to dry
  2. I doubt it about the cost of living, you pay for what you get right?
  3. It's a great state weather wise so I guess so, I ended up here from a transfer my dad did with the space program and then he transferred back to Florida and guess who stayed?
  4. I was born here but I've also lived in Alabama and Florida, what brought your brother here?
  5. Another new disease
  6. Ordered orange Kool-Aid
  7. Not really but we're not in a fire risk area so I should be ok except for the air quality right?
  8. I don't know what's in the air today but @Margeetx the first time you called me buttlicker was a crack up but I asked you to call me jillar so I would appreciate it if you would.....
  9. It's normal Margee, you're withdrawing from nicotine. It'll take about three days for it to leave your system but your body is already hard at work trying to repair the damage done from all those years smoking. I had insomnia for a good couple of months if I remember correctly but everyone is different so that may not be the case for you. Hang in there, once you get past the hard part you'll never have to go through it again as long as you keep your quit
  10. It's going well here as far as air quality but we're having another state wide hot streak this week so we could get even more fires, isn't that sad?
  11. Then do that and when you've done it do another one. Fyi, before you give another rude reply to someone trying to help you consider that they could be speaking from experience...... https://www.quittrain.com/topic/6446-a-tale-of-two-husbandswhich-will-you-be/
  12. 3. Use them to clip playing cards to your bike spokes
  13. How about the fact that smokers who get Covid-19 are at higher risks of hospitalization or even death? Would that motivate you enough?
  14. 1. Hang clothes up to dry
  15. I think you should trust your instincts, isn't that why you're the manager?
  16. I thought you were cooking, are you going to fire yourself?
  17. Although the name buttlicker had me lmao you can just call me jillar So I was able to put your general info into your blog as an entry. Also the daily NOPE threads is a forum here https://www.quittrain.com/forum/4-the-daily-nope-pledge/ not on the calendar How's your first day quit going?
  18. 8. Play Go Fish
  19. Not as good as it should so should we go back to whether you found a cook yet?
  20. 6. Play Solitaire
  21. Maybe me?
  22. Why would you ruin a month long quit by vaping?! Patience really is all you need.....
  23. Congratulations on one month quit Bope, that's great! Surely you've noticed small benefits of quitting like your sense of smell and taste getting better. Or your hands and feet being warmer and your gums pinker by your improved circulation? Sometimes we get so focused on the negative that we miss the positives. And as far as your acid reflux, when I get it I take a couple of Tums or Rolaids they work super fast and super well
  24. That's as good as it gets

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
