  18. So sad that Alex Trebec has passed away at just 80 years old. Cancer sucks....RIP Mr. Trebec....
  19. You CAN get past it Pedro, we're all proof of it! You just have to want to quit smoking more than you want to smoke! When you're truly ready to quit you will do anything you can to keep it. Even if that means going through some discomfort to get there

  24. Hi Matt, hopefully by now you're starting to feel better and the cravings have lessened. Getting it off your chest is sometimes all you need to do for it to lose its strength. If not than try something that you always did smoke free. I didn't smoke in my car so sometimes just jumping in and taking a short drive was enough to kill the crave. Just keep reminding yourself that this too shall pass and it's soon to get so much better. The craves do get less with time, we promise you that so hang in there. Be proud of yourself because we're sure proud of you

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
