  6. The isolation has been tough but look at it like all those times you didn't expose yourself to possible germs just to go buy a pack! Thank goodness for phones, zoom and the internet. We will get past this pandemic and you'll go back out into the world as a proud ex smoker

  9. You are so doing it Linda! Almost a month quit already! I hope you're shopping around for the treat your going to get yourself to celebrate
  10. Opah, I loved the smell of a freshly lit cigarette after I quit but couldn't stand the smell of stale smoke. There's nothing wrong with that so don't feel bad about it. Just walk by those guys after they come in and have a whiff of them, you'll be reminded of how nasty it is! Have a good trip

  20. Take hope out of the equation Linda and have faith in yourself that this WILL be your last quit. I had a hard first year too so I get it, we all get it and unfortunately the only way past is through..........
