Linda, you have to believe us when we promise it won't always be a struggle. It does get so much better. Surely by now you've noticed your sense of taste and smell coming back? How about your hands and feet, are they nice and warm now from the improvement in circulation? Those are the things you focus on, not the negatives. I know its easier said then done but I had a hard quit too so I know I was my own worst enemy! Don't be me.

It's so awesome seeing you guys support each other in your first year quit. Having my fellow 2016 Butt Kickers quitting alongside me really helped me in my quit know that I wasn't alone in my struggles. Some of us had an easier time than others but we were all in it together. Add to that the wise words of the Olde Phartes who had already traveled that path and its a recipe for success.
