  15. @Linda I hope as you progress in your quit you'll see that you're taking that post wrong. Stating a fact isn't complaining about it its just stating the fact. As old phartes we try to give newbies clues as to what worked or didn't work for them in the hopes that it helps someone else. So if we know that we had or could of had an easier quit by embracing the positives instead of the negatives we want to pass that clue on. That's all it was... I hope you'll continue to post about your journey and if you don't want to post on the boards, we have blogs you can create too. I used to read my journey from the start each monthaversary just so I wouldn't forget where I came from
