  1. I quit because my asthma had gotten so uncontrollable, turned out it was emphysema made more severe by not getting properly treated and resulting in my being on oxygen. If you have any breathing problems whatsoever take it from me, quit smoking now!

  3. Steven, this is a support forum. Our whole purpose for being here is for people to lean on us for help in quitting this deadly addiction. Please use us to your benefit to keep your quit....
  4. Of course I'm not saying that! But I am saying that if you had of posted you were craving maybe we could of helped you past it so you wouldn't have lost that one month quit you had going
