I looked at the survey and it does seem to be legit @Kate18 If you choose to take it you can answer as many or as few questions as you'd like concerning your smoking habits. It's long and looks to be comparing smoking craves and food craves as there are some questions about that as well. We are not endorsing it. Only allowing it as it pertains to quitting smoking.

I'm not sure how you can think a black foot and ankle isn't serious Lilley?! Smoking restricts circulation, ask @Doreensfree about that. My mom also had feet issues from poor circulation caused by quitting. So your condition should not be taken lightly. Please go get it checked out. Glad you're ready to quit. Stick close and use us for all the support you need

We use to drive up to Fayette every Sunday from Huntsville to get beer for the folks and Moon Pies for us kids for the week. And a bbq sandwich from a roadside vendor on the way home @Boo. Great memories
