@Linda, I promise you it WILL get easier! I'm glad you had a great time and protected your quit. That's a huge milestone for you Can you imagine how embarrassed you would have been walking up to strangers and asking for a cigarette?! Especially with how much they cost these days?!

MY Cookie is such a good girl that way too @Katgirl. Even at 17 years old!! And if she has to go out in the middle of the night she'll just brush against the blinds or yip quietly to let me know. She's an amazing dog and I'm so lucky she found me!

This addiction is tough but you're tougher @Kris Unfortunately the mental part takes the longest to get through. And considering how long we smoked, its to be expected. But each crave you get through makes the next one that much easier
