How are you guys doing? Hopefully by now you've started seeing real benefits like improved circulation and your taste and smell have returned. Maybe you've noticed more energy or how nice you smell. And lets not forget all the money you've saved! Time to start thinking of something really cool to do with some of that cash to reward yourself for quitting Quitting isn't always easy but it is ALWAYS doable. Trust in yourself, there will never be any greater act of self discipline as there is when quitting. SELF DISCIPLINE: the ability to control one's feelings and overcome one's weaknesses; the ability to pursue what one thinks is right despite temptations to abandon it.
