  7. Hi @peeper its good to see you. Congratulations on ten months quit, that's awesome! As far as your sudden craves go, there really is no rhyme or reason sometimes for them to pop up except for the fact that we smoked for a LOT of years so it goes to figure that nicodemon isn't going to leave without a battle. I remember being 11 months quit and that whole month craving a congrats to me for making it a year quit cigarette! How dumb would that have been?! So just hang in there and keep saying NOPE and it WILL get better

  11. Good job @TallD Make sure you douse them with water too. The day I quit I proceeded to smoke all the buts in the ashtrays so my quit time was delayed 5 hours
  12. Welcome @TallD and congratulations on deciding to quit once and for all. I think we all found that casual smoking never seems to stay casual. Soon you're smoking more and more so we adhere to NotOnePuffEver. We can offer you all the support you could want as well as a ton of threads and videos about our addiction. So stick close, throw those smokes away once and for all and lets get you your forever quit

From newbies to old phartes with a year or more quit. So we get how hard that first week/month/year can be.
