    Quit Wins

Good on you for protecting your newborn quit KEL
  25. @JustinHoot99, sorry you're struggling today. I had many of those days that first year and use that to remind myself why I keep my quit. I also stuck close to home that whole first month and only ventured out with my never smoker husband because I didn't trust myself not to buy a pack. Good on you for posting for help. Hopefully you're feeling a little better now. A couple quotes I used my first year quit were: "This too shall pass". And " All good(?) things must come to an end".

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
