  18. @Sunshine59, we're not talking about chewing tobacco. Take tobacco off the table, you quit. Don't reintroduce it into your system unless you want to become a full on addict again! Don't you have regular tobacco free chewing gum in India?!

  22. Yoda, what I do when my stomach is hungry but I'm not is I start thinking about all the different options I have on hand until something clicks and winner, winner I'm eating dinner. I've done this for years and it pretty much always works. So maybe think about every other option BESIDES smoking that you have until one clicks for you I'm really happy to hear that you're seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. Now you can truly see that all your hard work is paying off

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
