  7. Hi sunshine, you can post it in our gallery (the tab is at the top of the forum page), on your profile in your About Me, or in the Social forum. Keep in mind that we have had a member have her picture stolen and used on other sites so post with caution.

    Covid up tick

Cases are skyrocketing here @Kris. We're seeing numbers over 500 daily! And you can't find any at home Covid tests at any stores because they sell out as soon as they get them! Not sure about testing sites but they won't test you unless you're showing symptoms. Luckily because of all those vaccinated and the fact that the Omicron variant is milder our ICU's aren't overwhelmed but there are a lot of people hospitalized.

  11. Great idea @KEL, I'm Jill I'm 57 and live in sunny California. I've been addicted to nicotine since I was 17 and took my last puff on May 29, 2016. I stumbled upon my first forum accidentally by googling my quit symptoms and the support I read there led me to sign up and I am convinced that its having all that support from people who had or were currently going through the same thing that I have remained smoke free since. That board is long gone now and a good number of us are here now to pay it forward as well as reaffirm our own quits
  12. Hey @TONY, I thought we lost you! Congratulations on a month smoke free. That's HUGE!!!! I'm going to move this to the Celebrations forum where it rightfully belongs
  13. Congratulations @Martian5 on four years quit today! That is AWESOME. Hopefully you'll pop in and tell us how you'll be celebrating
  14. That's great news @Sal! I'm so happy that your wife quit too. Quit buddies are awesome

  17. Welcome aboard cweb, well done on 3 days quit already, that's awesome! You'll get all the support you could need/want here so use us to your advantage. The thing I found about quitting our addiction was that smokers hate losing a partner in crime and never smokers think we should be over it the second we quit. So being around others who know what we go through when we quit was instrumental in helping me get my forever quit. Hopefully the same will be true for you

  22. It can't float Why do feet stink?
  23. Oh @Mee, I can only imagine the hurt you are feeling having been excluded from the will. Please be sure to see the will though and don't rely on what your POS brothers are telling you. Greed has no boundaries, and I'm so sorry that even after death your parents are still hurting you. My heart is with you my friend.....

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
