    Shall We Rhyme?

    Fun and games
  2. I agree 100% with what @KEL said sunshine. It IS normal to have those feelings. Most of us either feel depressed or angry when quitting. And definitely anxious. You have to learn what to do with yourself and all the free time you have now, that's part of the anxiety. But the good thing is that it's all temporary and with time quit will pass. You're doing great
  3. You're not letting us down @Kdad, we've seen chronic relapsers who finally got their forever quit. What IS disappointing is you not reaching out for extra support so we can talk you out of buying that pack. Maybe you're just not ready to quit even though you want to because I know that when you are finally ready you'll do whatever it takes to keep your quit.....
  4. Hey @intoxicated yoda, that's all great news. I'm happy for you I take B1 too and drink Gatorade everyday for the electrolytes

    Urges

@johnny5 is right @Kdad worry just about today by Monday you will be that much stronger. The crave is temporary, you know as you know so distract yourself until it passes. Have you tried my JAC(jillars air cigarette)? It worked great at tricking my mind into thinking it was getting the real thing. Maybe it'll help you too...

  19. @Kdad you have to delete the old ticker FIRST, then make a new one and put it in your signature. And the quit date under your profile pic says 11-22-20. That's the first thing we look at when we're trying to offer our support...
  20. @Kdadcan you update your quit date and ticker so we know where you are in your quit? It helps us when you need support to know how far along you are

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
