BP keeps setting alarm off Last readings.. 192/144 O2 sat 99% Normal heart sounds Normal ECG Chest clear (how long did you smoke?, When did ya quit?, Really?) Pulse 72 No obvious reason for BP being so high, waiting on ultrasound to rule out DVT, and some other tests.

So sitting in cas. Trying to reserve battery.

Oh I chucked a sickie so when I went to the doctor for a certificate he checked me bp and it was 189/120... cardio graph was normal but doctor wants me to go to hospital to get checked. They are only going to do the same tests.

G'day @DeadlyChicken....nice to have another Aussie onboard. So I used the NRT chewies to get through the first months. Luckily no side effects. I have mates who have had successfully quit using champix without side effects. I wouldn't recommend it though because the side effects can be deadly, a month in hospital with a DVT taught me that. I would mix up the NRT gums with pks or extra or Chuppa Chups. Minties and Fantales are ripper options...they take long enough to eat that the crave will pass.

So the VRC gets Dazza to sing this before the Cox Plate every year .. cept one year when they got a ringing to cover it...the good ole Melbourne crowd chanted "we want Darryl" over the other singer and Noone heard a word once he stopped the crowd sang the song instead...couple of years later they tried to skip the song ...race was delayed until the crowd had finished singing it because the couldn't start the national anthem cos of the noise... Nearly 20 years later Dazza's still singing his song before the Cox plate.
