  1. Welcome Justine. At first when I was in the car and I got a strong urge to smoke, then I would do as Jillar said. I would simply pretend that I was holding and smoking a cigarette though there was nothing between my fingers. I would go through all the normal smoking motions such as flicking ashes. Somehow it did trick my brain into satisfying that urge. I did not need to do it often, and it was only for a few moments when I did do it.
  2. In high school on Staten Island girls from Bay Ridge that attended a Catholic girls high school on the island used to share the same bus stop as me on the Staten Island side of the VN bridge.
